Oversee the delivery of graduate cohort projects from kick-off to handover. You'll be the main point of contact between employers and graduates.
Identify and onboard new employer partners. Build relationships with SMEs, charities, and organisations who want to work with our graduate cohorts.
Manage our graduate community. Match graduates to projects, run onboarding sessions, and keep our alumni network active and engaged.
Keep the engine running. Contracts, scheduling, communications, and the day-to-day logistics that make every project run smoothly.
